Construction Cleaning

Construction is a messy business, and you have more important things to do than clean up saw dust, plaster, adhesive, grout, paint, trash and fasteners. Let me do it for you.
You don't want sawdust from the framers getting in the way of the plumbers. You don't want plaster dust getting into the paint. And you certainly don't want to anybody tracking adhesive residue all over the construction site.

Rough interior cleaning:

• In-between job cleaning, includes sweeping, vacuuming construction dust, and removing large debris

Standard interior cleaning:

• A detailed cleaning of all surfaces, interior areas affected by construction and fixtures. 
• Detailed dusting, cleaning windows doors and frames, floor cleaning, basic fixture cleaning, and removal of all construction residue and adhesives. 

Touch-up cleaning:

• The site will be move-in ready
• Final dust removal, spot cleaning of any marks or smudges, detailed cleaning of fixtures and hardware, final floor cleaning, windows and glass cleaning.
